This is the tasting session for those who like their spumante dry, with very low, practically zero residual sugar.? 

An overview that covers the different nuances in Borgoluce Brut Proseccos, from Rive di Collalto to Superiore DOCG, ending with a Col Fondo, refermented with sediment in bottles since our grandparents’ time.
